The room and building were very clean! Staff were very nice and professional and quick with checking in and out. Be careful ; as we were leaving we saw a car in the parking lot getting a bashed in front windshield repaired. Unsure if it was a road rage incident or attempted robbing. Nice area, just be alert.

A beautiful hotel with very polite and respectful staff. The hotel is very clean and quiet, offers a solid complimentary breakfast, the area around it is very nice and safe. There are a number of good places to eat at in the vicinity and it’s not far (by car) from the Strip. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this little gem of a hotel!

Great hotel and location

Great experience staying here and would definitely stay again. I was very familiar with the area having lived in Vegas for a couple of years. This hotel was just down the street from my former residence. Extremely close to coffee shops and restaurants and not to mention a pub sharing the same parking lot. Check in and check out were quick and easy. The strip was not on our agenda for this trip but itself only about 10 minutes away. This was a great hotel and brought back memories of my short time living there. I'll definitely stay again.

Convenient location, good value, courteous staff!

Everything was as good or better than I expected. The hotel appeared to be relatively new so the facilities were in good condition and made a good impression. The staff were courteous and helpful. The staff that prepared the breakfast did an excellent job and the variety of breakfast foods was better than most hotels where I have stayed in the past. The only area that I saw that could be improved was the carpet in the room in which we stayed. The carpet needs to be cleaned since it made the bottom of my feet dirty when I walked on it barefooted.

Very good stay at this property! Frank at the front seat was outstanding and was the morning breakfast. Repair man great as well - friendly and fixed my window blind right away. Super clean and convenient, also loved the meeting room. Small to improve: Was irritating the room key demagnetized every time. Room was not cleaned one day even though I reminded at 3pm- not compensated. Second treadmill broken. Overall very good. Would stay again!

Hotel is nice but services are not reasonable

The cleaning system was bad and not reasonable. We missed their morning cleaning round and they didn't come back then the front desk told us they would just not clean that day and we had to wait for them to clean the room until the next day. That was pretty bad for the $250+/night we paid around the new year time. They are trying to keep eco-friendly by providing pumps of shampoo, body wash, location, etc. which is fine. However, we went out of the body wash the second day of our stay and they said they didn't have any body wash left and they would have some one deliver soap bars for us and they never came.
