The room and staff were excellent! However, our room was under very noisy occupants on the floor above our room. It sounded like children running back and forth and loud banging noises. The front desk was notified twice, but the disturbances continued. We were told by front desk staff that they may ask the upstairs occupants to change rooms, but unfortunately for us, that did not happen.

Staff was nice and friendly. The room was clean. One of the mattress cover had holes all over it. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Hotel charges a parking fee and your car is not safe in their parking lot. 3 cars were broken into during our stay.

Nice Front Desk staff, fast check-in/check out, nice breakfast variety. The pet relief area is just rocks in the back of the hotel. The area is not great,even though it is across the street from a police station. You do not need a key to use the elevators, so anyone can get to guest rooms.
