Great location for airport

After a delayed flight it was great to be welcomed by friendly staff at reception. All the hotel information was well explained. We availed of breakfast which included fresh fruit options. There's also a shuttle service to/from the airport and the driver was super helpful.

The propert was in disrepair. In my room there was a missing electrical outlet xover and several areas on the walls that needed.yo be repaired. The cloth bed frames had stains and tears and the walls around the desk had food stains.

The hotel is quite run down. We chose La Quinta as all other La Quinta locations we’ve booked have been great. The staff here was great but the the hotel itself looks and feels old and in need of a redo. Stains on the carpet, shabbiness to fabrics, etc. The location is far from anything to do in the area-nothing at all able to walk to. Would need an Uber to go anywhere if you do not have a car.

It was my first time staying at this hotel. The beds are comfortable. Parking was a breeze.However, there was something wrong with the fridge because it was making a loud noise throughout the whole night. It was difficult to sleep.

Not enough help

Our key cards only worked once or twice. I visited the front desk 4 different times and they never got them to work. On the day we were leaving we were trying to get packed up and I waited at least 15 minutes for someone to help me. We were in town for a graduation so everyone was waiting for us to have lunch. It was extremely frustrating. Clearly this location does not have enough help. There was only one person at the front desk at any given time or no one as I mentioned earlier. Every time we exited the elevator the overwhelming smell of pot hit us in the face. In one of my many trips to the front desk I mentioned it, but nothing was done. I even asked if this was a non-smoking property - and it is - but the smell just got stronger. We could hear our neighbors very clearly so it would not have been difficult to find out who was smoking it. I’m all for people’s rights but it should not infringe on my rights to breathe clean air. We have a reservation in Salem, Oregon for next month but I will be changing it to a different hotel. This is really sad because until now we have always had good experiences at La Quinta. Everyone was very kind and the room was clean. I have no complaints there.

Just 2 miles from the car rentals. And has an airport shuttle available 24/7, which was great for our late night arrival. Desk staff was friendly, breakfast was good, room was clean.

Clean and comfortable hotel for a reasonable price near the airport. The airport shuttle is very convenient and can also take you to the transit center where the deuce bus can take you to the strip. There is a nice little restaurant a short walk away that is perfect for a weary traveler with very good food. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
