Had a great stay at this house for my husbands 40th birthday celebration.The house was even bigger and nicer in person,Quiet neighborhood Nice and clean smelling like fabuloso when we checked in.Beautiful backyard.Had no problems communicating with the host.They even contacted me about a left behind item and mailed it back to us.Would totally stay again.

Great stay. The only things that should be improved are as following, in the order of importance to me:1. pillows - the pillows in the master bedroom are terrible. Super hard, master bedroom frame squeaks from any little move during the night which affects sleep.2. cleanliness - hair and dirt under the pool table in the living room.3. Listing advertised the property has a heated pool, but did not disclose it cost 60 to heat it which is actually 120 as it takes 12-24hrs to heat it. So you're not paying 60 you're paying 120.Host is super nice, responds fast, very helpful and we appreciate her. Left the house clean and neat as we found it. I would recommend. Be sure to bring own pillows lol.

This place was really great for our family to celebrate our mom’s 80th birthday. Laid out well… lots of sleeping options. Pool table was a big hit and the game room was definitely appreciated. Pool wasn’t heated as I thought it would be- but we got some good use from the heated jacuzzi. The neighborhood is a bit older… but nice homes and very convenient on the south side of town with close access to freeways especially for us Californians getting out of town. The only things I’d comment on was there was not much stocked for the bathrooms as far as TP. There was one extra roll for the whole house- so any more than 3 nights we would have needed a run to the store for more. The showers all had pump soaps for soap and hair wash- but the master had barely enough for a one use. Also the thermostat was locked in a case- and we had elderly folks there that would have loved a little heat in the house- but overall it was fine and beautiful weather so it wasn’t needed in the day. Beyond that- well stocked kitchen and even snacks offered as we arrived/ which were devoured by our boys.
