Welcome to the Signature MGM condo-hotel! We're thrilled to offer our guests access to all the fantastic amenities at MGM Grand and MGM Signature, including the MGM Grand Pool and Wet Republic. Our property is just a block away from the vibrant Strip and boasts spacious rooms at incredible prices. You can easily reach the MGM Grand via a series of walkways, and the monorail station is just a short stroll away.

PLEASE NOTE $55 PER NIGHT RESORT FEE IS DUE TO HOST BEFORE CHECK IN.

The Space:
Escape to your 550 sq ft suite and experience views of the strip, kitchenette, marble bathroom with a private whirlpool spa tub, and separate shower.
