This luxury condo contains, a full kitchen, dining area, and a generous living room with a flat screen 42inch HDTV, includes cable and free WIFI.

Master bedoom has its own HDTV and a large private full bathroom with a jacuzzi hot tub and shower and double sinks.

Private Balcony with a view of the TOP Golf / Mountains.

The Signature also contains a Starbucks / Cafe / workout facility / a small business center and a private pool.

The nice thing about renting this unit through VRBO vs the hotel is the kitchen is fully equipped. We enjoyed our stay and the unit is fine.

Expectations vs reality were a little different. You cannot check into this property 1 second before the check in time. We provided there would be 4 guests. The space was only set up to accommodate 2. The listing said King bed, Futon, and Queen bed. There isnt a futon and the queen bed is a sleeper sofa. We had to hunt for sheets. We only found 11 pillowcases and no sheets for the sofa bed. Reached out to the owner a few times and he was very responsive. However his cleaning crew delayed the delivery and when they did arrive they smelled so much like weed they were unusable. We even had to leave them out in the hallway. Other than this the rental was nice and suited our needs for our short stay.

Overall enjoyed our stay, had access to all MGM pools and host was extremely responsive. There was no way we could have enjoyed our stay with a toddler and infant in a basic hotel room. A little bit dated and worn (could use some updating), specifically the couch bed (realistically unusable). Missing some basics (strainer, more than 2 giant coffee mugs, cooking utensils, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, roku remote but no working firestick we could find). Check out process was horrible sine front desk didn't open until 5, we needed to catch a plane and leave at 5 and had to go to a different tower to check out since the TV checkout and mobile checkout both were not working.

Checking in and out was easy. The host Joe had great communication. The free valet was very convenient. It ended up only being 2 of us so the 3rd bed was not needed but we never found it either (maybe we would have had to ask?). The carpets and grout on the showers could use a deep clean. The shower heads desperately need to be changed with very visible years of limescale build up. The seals on the shower doors should also be replaced as every time we took showers, the bathroom floors ended up soakedOverall, we got what we paid for and im happy with my stay though I wouldn't call it a luxury experience
