NO PARTIES, NO PET, NO EVENTS, NO EXCEPTIONS!! featuring a large & deep pool w/ covered patio seating (not heated), 10 Min. drive away from the strip with easy highway access situated in a very quite neighborhood near airport car rental. Newly remodeled house has 2 bed 2 bath, 2 queen size beds and 1 queen sleeper sofa can accommodate up to 6 guests. Covered 2-car garage, fully equipped kitchen makes it a perfect crib for small groups, families.

MUST PARK INSIDE GARAGE with supplied remotes, no street or driveway parking due to our community rules. No pet ( immediate evacuation if bring pet)
NO LOITERING: no smoking or hanging out in front of the house, we have front cameras for your safety. No party or event, no gatherings
