The staff at the front were polite and professional. The room itself was just OK, there were no bugs and it was quiet for the most part. I would book here again only as a last resort.

I got hot water in the shower exactly once, the first time I used it. I live in the tropics and the room was too cold it wouldn't warm above 78 or so. Slept under my sleeping bag.

The room was gross, stained sheets with marking to make you question if they were ever washed. Random debris and bodily fluids on walls and floor. No microwave

Needs a serious renovation

I can't believe this hotel is allowed to be open. It needs a severe renovation. Check in staff was not in uniform. Strapless romper, other person has on sandals. Room need to be recalled, cleaned for sure mopped and seals redone. TV was new and good size but the dresser drawer was broken, doors uneven and the phone appeared that there were cigarette burns. NO idea if the smoke detector even worked , looked as if the property couldn't pass code. The area clearly doesn't afford a 5 star but the representation was not favorable. The sign was missing as well and only one ice machine on the very front. Every worker I encountered had someone on their cell phone on speaker. Maybe for safety not sure but a security guard might be a better deterrent. I hope I never need this particular location again
