It was clean and even my pups enjoyed their stay. Parking is abundant, the rooms are spacious, and the front desk staff (especially Gabriel) were fantastic!

Biggest complaint is that they feature "kitchenette" as a selling point, but there are NO dishes, glasses/cups, cutlery, pots or pans, or utensils of any type. Just empty cupboards and drawers. You may purchase some things in the lobby (e.g. $2 for a single fork, $15 for a low-quality skillet, etc.). This is a huge miss! The reception staff is still learning the ropes and made several errors during the time I was waiting in the lobby to check in (~15 minutes). Noise between the rooms was very loud: I could hear the entire phone conversation of the person next door, as well as loud music (from either the parking lot or another room) at 11pm. Overall, the place was clean and in good (new) condition. It is a budget motel with budget furnishings and few amenities. When I booked it, I thought I was getting a great deal, but after staying there, I think I got what I paid for.

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were brand new. Beds were very comfortable. The entire area is new and there are a lot of coffee and dining options as well as shopping nearby.

When you walk in the lobby, it’s a little too simple, but the staff was extremely nice and the actual room size is very spacious clean and the pads were extremely comfortable. Great value.

Good: New property, 24-hour coffee, nice kitchenette (apparently b/c didn' need to use it), big fridge, mostly helpful staff. Bad: Windows can't be opened, so even if the heat is off, the room is stifling hot. Really cheap bathroom faucets; too short for sinks; no room for hands. Some staff at front desk hold personal conversations, sometimes in Spanish, while guests are standing there waiting to be helped. No bottled water offered. Overall: OK if no other option available, but wouldn't stay here again if my favorite hotel(s) had rooms available.

Don't trust Google maps to find it. The place is new and still shows as a pile of dirt. The hotel is set off the street so it is quiet. you get a lot for your dollar with plenty of amenities that will make your long term stay worth while. Looking forward to staying there again.

My wife and I stayed 4 nights while house-hunting in the area. Location was great for our trips to both Henderson and Summerlin. The place is brand new so it's still super clean, but it's so new, they haven't worked out all the kinks or stocked it with some things. our room (321) had a kitchen with a nice fridge, MW and 2-burner glass cooktop, but zero flatware, no dishes, no bowls, no utensils, no pots or pans. The friendly staff said all that was coming but had not arrived yet. Our room looked out the back of the building over a very large heavy equipment rental yard. Every weekday morning, starting as early as 4:30 am we were awakened by reverse warning beeps and the rumble of big diesel engines. It's supposed to be a non-smoking hotel, but the smell of weed was thick in the halls most of the time... But probably the worst thing was the excruciatingly slow wi-fi. I could not use my computer the entire time! It was even slow when I joined my cell phone hotspot.

The location I stayed at was very new, so there's little wear & tear yet. I got a 1 bed, studio style room. It was pretty well designed/stylish & reasonably priced (no super cushy/plush beds or pillows, but good enough). Minor downsides for me were that the fridge sounds like the bathroom fan is on & there's some heavy equipment sounds outside in the morning (but nothing too crazy). While there's a nice kitchenette with a good sized fridge, it's not equipped with any plates or cookware. They can be purchased downstairs, if you don't have your own. I just borrowed some from my sister, who lives nearby. One thing to note is that the door doesn't necessarily close fully by itself, so you may want to double check before leaving your room. Fortunately, I didn't see any signs of entry while I was out. I had an issue with the lights once, but it was resolved quickly by the front desk person (who was very friendly). I'd likely stay here again; it felt pretty calm. No pool though ;-)
