New AI property looks great large hallways very new sleek modern look! Pool was great room was very large! I did not like the fact that you had to use your key to get out of the building and in multiple access points. They should be reduced . To get to my room I had to use my 4 times! There are no ice machines on the property have to buy it. One of the beds was rock hard like laying on plywood . Did not like that there were very upscale nice private events in the lobby/bar lounge area and I am forced to walk through in my bath suit with kids felt awkward. The bathroom door in our room locked by itself several times and had a difficult time contacting anyone for help. Also got the key system was glitchy and we could not get into our room at 3am with sleeping kids after walking the strip all night. Had to go to the front desk to call security. No phones in rooms. You have to pay for housekeeping but items in the room were not even stocked to begin with. Two tissues , half a roll of toilet paper, no paper towels. No body soap in the dispenser in shower. Staff was great and friendly! It has potential to be something great just needs adjustment

From the moment we arrived at Otonomus Hotel, we knew we were in for something exceptional. Check-in was seamless (no long lines, no fuss), and our suite felt more like a luxury condo than a typical hotel room. The full kitchen with a stovetop, microwave, full-sized fridge, dining area and generous living space made our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The design truly impressed: modern finishes, smart tech (including an AI-driven concierge app that allowed us to tailor preferences and access our room seamlessly) and thoughtful touches like bathrobes, slippers, and a premium smart-TV made it feel high-end. It’s also pet-friendly, has free self-parking, EV charging, water-friendly amenities (two outdoor pools and hot tub) and no resort fees — a rare find in Las Vegas. But what made the biggest difference was the staff. Every team member we encountered was genuinely friendly, professional, and went out of their way to help. From luggage assistance late at night to swift housekeeping, they made us feel valued and well-looked-after. One review put it perfectly: “THE STAFF WERE AMAZING.” Location is also a win—close enough to the action yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful when you want to relax. And when you’re ready to go back out, you’re in easy reach of Las Vegas highlights. In short: if you’re looking for a luxe, tech-savvy stay with full comforts of home, excellent service, and no hidden fees in Las Vegas, Otonomus Hotel delivers. Highly recommended,

There was no full length mirror so I couldn’t see what I was wearing and what I look like. There was no coffee maker in the room. Despite the fact that was a full kitchen. The air conditioner would just shut off. I woke up. It was 78° in the room and I had to keep waking up and putting the temperature back down. I have no idea why. I was difficult finding the lobby without signs directing me how to get there, but I finally figured that out it was also difficult getting Ubers because one night there was a game at the allegiant and it took a very long time to get somebody to come out that way making me late otherwise it was definitely clean when I first arrived. I got to Las Vegas at 9:30 my brother and his wife were able to check into their vacation resort with Hilton, but I had to walk around until 3 o’clock in the afternoon and I really wish they would’ve offered me an early check-in. I would’ve paid for it.

I really loved my stay here! The whole property is brand new and super clean. Everything looked spotless. Our room was cozy, tidy, and had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. I’m honestly in love with this place and will definitely be coming back! ❤️ The only small downsides were that the Wi-Fi was a bit weak and the bed was pretty stiff. 🥺 It’d be perfect if they added a full body mirror too. 😊 Other than that, everything was amazing!

Most UNCOMFORTABLE hotel bed I’ve ever slept on, looked at the mattress and it was basically a box springs with a couple inch pad on top of it. Very disconnected from staff, everything went through an app. Even the key, all doors you have to get your phone out and scan a QR code to get in. seemed like the building was set to be apartments and then changed plans and became a hotel.

My room key malfunction for the entire day it was very inconvenient having the wait for assistance. However the staff was always extremely pleasant and friendly. The room was very spacious and clean. I loved the modern decor.
