Newly renovated home. 3 bedroom pool hot tub house close to the strip. House is 10 min drive and is located in the green valley portion of town. Close to the freeway and tons of shopping and restaurants. Home has BBQ and eat in kitchen if that what you chose. WiFi Roku in every bedroom with Netflix. Cable in living and master. We enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub were heated and the property was very clean. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The host was easy to reach and very quick to respond to my messages. I put the property in my favorites and will try to book again next time in Vegas.

This was a decent spot for my husband and I to land for a couple days on our cross country road trip. The outdoor space was great for our dog to run around in and the neighborhood was quiet. We took an inexpensive Lyft ride to and from the strip which was only about 15 mins away. The bed linens were not the most comfortable, as we could noticeably feel pilling on the sheets. The bedding and furniture does not exactly match what is shown in the pictures but there is a lot of space in the home and it would be good for large groups.

Great stay at the Beach House!

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach house. The location was perfect to so many attractions. The house was in a quiet neighborhood but near the main highways to get to the downtown. The owner and manager were so accommodating and quickly responded to our questions. The pool and hot tub were a bonus after a long day out hiking or walking downtown. Thank you!

Great location and beautiful property

We were in Las Vegas to go hiking and take in a show on the Strip. This property is in a very quiet neighborhood a short drive from the airport and the Strip, and it’s also extremely easy to out of the city (we drive to Death Valley and Red Rocks.) Thr house is spacious and has a great layout and amazing kitchen. We loved the hot tub and pool!

Beach House was very nice

Clean, warm and Just right for the two of us. The pool was what we really liked because the two days we stayed were hot (typical Las Vegas). The dishwasher needs to be replaced.
