Live in Vegas like a local! Visitors with a sense of style will appreciate this upscale contemporary townhome in quiet, upscale Summerlin area of Las Vegas.
Freshly renovated home! Beautifully furnished with upscale art, the living room and dining area/breakfast bar have comfy seating, and a large, flat-screen TV. The bedrooms feature high-end linens, down pillows, and great recessed lighting with dimmers throughout. Iphone/Ipod speakers/alarm clock in master bedroom. The garage has been converted into living space but don't worry, the driveway only sees about 4 hours of sunlight per day.
The gourmet kitchen offers brand-new quartz counters and all new custom cabinets. You'll find all the base supplies needed, high-end appliances including a stainless steel refrigerator, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, disposal, microwave and convection oven, plus plenty of nice glassware, dinnerware, flatware, serving pieces, pots, pans, baking and plenty of storage in beautiful, espresso-colored custom cabinets that reach up to the ceiling. Pets welcome with a small fee ($100 per pet) so you don't have to leave any member of the family at home!
Fully secure, the design of the home guests to enter directly into the kitchen from a private entrance.
Come and enjoy. Stay for a month or a season. You just may return next year.
