The home was comfortable and had all the essentials needed for a week long stay. I utilized the rental for our workers to stay in while they completed a project nearby. The host was responsive within 12 hours once the rental was active My questions prior to the rental starting did take some more time and were answered by an external service via email. The area the home is wasn't the most amazing - It by no means was dangerous, but our workers came home to people tagging an outside wall with graffiti and it looks like this happens a lot. While not the end of the world we did have a box truck parked there with equipment in it and I was so nervous it would get tagged too or broken into. Thankfully that was just a fear and not a reality.
