Great house with lots of space for everyone to relax. We used the grill and pool which was very accommodating. Easy access to local grocery and neighborhood was clean. Host was able to respond asap to all questions. Kitchen well stocked for cooking.

Great kitchen - Fantastic SHADED pool - Quiet neighborhood

4.5 rating would be more like it. This place was nice with a great pool for families. Owner was very quick to respond! They brought us floaties which were in the advertising photo. The kitchen was stocked well with sharp knives and pans, as we cooked in the entire stay. Stair treads need maintenance, as several were split. Missing moulding around kitchen cabinets was simply cosmetic, yet the home was comfortable and clean overall. LOTS of room - large Master suite. Very nice quiet neighborhood and A/C.

Nice Property

Property was in good shape and everything that my family needed. The home had plenty of room. It was clean, nice decor and a lovely pool. As we were not interested in the LV strip nor the locations of Memorial day events, I can't speak to the close proximity to popular things. I can say that the essential needs (grocery store restaurant and Gas)were close by. Owner provided sunblock, sufficient cleaning products and soap. Suggested updates; since there are no towel racks in the bathrooms, they may want to add a paper towel holder to dry hands, air freshners or plug-ins. More bathroom towels, all sizes especially wash cloths are needed. Air-conditioning was sketchy downstairs but upstairs worked just fine. The house rules before booking doesn't quite match the rules received after booking. I suggest for the owner to update the home rules in the property profile and information so that everything is transparent and clear when shopping for a rental. For example, home entry code was not the last 4 of my cell as originally stated and visitor rules and additional fee requirements were different after booking. If you have any intentions of doing a secret party or event, this is not the house for you! There is a extremely bright light with a recording camera to greet you at arrival. The owner also interviewed me 24hrs in advance to make sure of my intentions for his home. Utimately the home is being updated nicely. I am certain that it will be in prestine shape once finished

Saved our Vacation

After a very bad experience at a different rental property, we found this place and jumped ship. This place is nice. The kids were enjoying the pool within moments of arriving, and the host was really helpful. Great experience, and we enjoyed a relaxing vacation for the rest of our trip.

Home was as described. Pet friendly for sure. Recommend a good cleaning though. The floors are in desperate need of a good scrub with appropriate cleaning products. Some safety concerns with missing stair pieces, etc. Neighborhood is nice.

Nice place for a family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was fantastic and felt very safe. The house was clean and a great size for a family. The house is beautiful and looks just like the photos, but with some cosmetic damage (broken floor boards, blinds, holes in a couple of doors, etc.). Nothing too big, but several small things to note. The kitchen is very well stocked, but the rest of the house is very minimalist. This is likely one of the reasons the house stays so clean. Unfortunately, the pool heater didn't work for the first couple of days, but communication with Ari was very fast and easy! They got the heater fixed the second afternoon we were there and from that point on, the pool and spa were fantastic! Overall, if you're looking for a "home base" for your Vegas trip, this is a good option.

Nice place and close to amenities in the West Hederson area.

A simple, but nice home. Dealing with the owner was pleasant and the few issues that arose in the home during our stay were dealt with quickly. The pool area is nice with plenty of shady areas. We would stay here again in the future.
