I stayed for a duration of 5 days and did not get a room service for the last three days. When I arrived, I had to find housekeeping and asks for several things that room was missing (i.e. towels and hands soaps). The room smelled a bit weird/dirty. The shower had o ly one glassdoor and eveytime we took a shower all the watter would run out the bathroom (very inconvenient to be moping with the towels evrytime). Pools are only open until 6pm and the mayority of the seats are reserved, even though noone uses them. Self parking has very limited parking spots and mayority of the time they were full. Using the free vallet parking, made youbfeel forced to tip before and after (very inconvenient).

Never Stay Here When in Vegas

When I got there the room they gave me wasn’t cleaned. Got switched to another room with the dirtiest couches and chairs in it… also my room key deactivated twice while there. Very disappointed!!

The Property is being fixed up and I appreciate it, still needs more updating but the price was right. As for check-in and check out, you need to train you front desk staff to me a bit more customer service friendly. Check out today all the Kiosk were down, long lines, and my room was never service during my stay. I still think it will get better with Hyatt at the helm.
