Horrible Hotel

Elevators (4) of them always broke down then only got 1 working so took 45 min to get to our room. Stains on the couch and lazy chair, taped carpet, mildew in the bathroom, never had our room turned over/ cleaned. Didn’t answer the phones when we called. It’s was horrible.

You get what you pay for

There were issues that caused this review. First, the phone did not work. I wasn't able to call anyone to notify of the issues with the room. I had to walk from the Masquerade Tower all the way to the front desk. The sinks and tub took almost 15 minutes to drain. The morning of check-out, water came up the drain and filled the sink with sediment and the water smelled like sulfur. Not a good way to wake up. The room was nice and satisfactory except for the sink issues and the lack of a working phone.
