Who knows how much sleep you’ll get in Vegas – or when? But when you do, the king-size bed offers up glorious comfort so you can rest, recharge, and be raring to go again.

There’s no need to venture out when you’re hungry. The kitchenette has all the essential appliances, including a mini-refrigerator, flat top stove, and microwave. So you can store and prepare snacks and meals whenever you need to.

The studio will also give you your own living room area complete with a sofa that converts into a queen bed. Great views are to be had of the wall-mounted TV, so grab the remote and flick through the channels.

Last, but not least, your private bathroom is a picture of luxury. Stealing the show is the large shower and jetted tub, a great place to freshen up and get ready for the slots and tables on the Strip.

The room was fine. Some of the furniture shows signs of wear. Specifically the bench by the bed and the couch have quite a bit of stains. The view is pretty nice, no balcony though so keep that in mind. I like that the hotel is connected to the MGM. Access to the strip is really convenient. Communal bath products. The pull out bed is pretty thin but served its purpose. The main bed is comfy. I booked for NYE so on a week when Vegas prices are insane, this was a good value. I liked the free valet, although it was full 2/3 times we tired to use it. Didn’t mind parking at MGM. The host responses were not immediate but timely. We asked for more towels and he informed me that there should be extras in a cupboard. We had already used those, otherwise I wouldn’t have asked for more so that was a little inconvenient. If you’re looking for somewhere with quick strip access and no frills this could work for you.

Great Place; good bargain

Room is large, pool was great, valets were great ( although tower three valet shuts down at night; go to tower two a short walk), host was great in communication and info.Would stay again.Like anything in Vegas, things that look close together are so huge that it can be a long walk. You have access to MGM water complex but I didn't go there.View of Sphere was nice too.Thanks

I think overall, it was a pretty good place. However, the platinum hotel was better and roughly the same price. The host should consider labeling the bathroom products. Fortunately I brought my own. The advertisement says there was a view of the sphere. However, you can only see it if you leaned up against the window.

It was a nice room and convenient to the uber pick up at the hotel. I enjoyed having a real coffee pot and a toaster, it made my stay nice as I did not have to go out for breakfast. I would like to see more outlets near the bed, perhaps in the lamps for charging stations, just a suggestion.

Fabulous Stay-cation

Exceeded Our Expectations!

Simply Put, 10+ with Absolutely No problems or complaints. Absolutely Amazing. super clean, large, with more accessories than we could use. Everything is up to date in this Apartment! We loved the location because we had full access to the MGM and their Amazing pools, but when we wanted to escape the casino atmosphere and people the MGM signature towers are quiet, yet they have everything we needed , including 2 private pools for signature only! Top Notch Facilities with excellent employees and the Host was super informative, kind yet very respectful of our privacy. Please don't change how you do buisness, We really appreciated knowing we could reach you anytime yet you did not bother us. Excellent Transparency with the owner. Thank you Very much for a wonderful time. My wifes first time in LV and she was in love with my choice of staying here! We would love to stay here again, and will plan to do so. Excellent spot and courteous staff.

Our unit was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The staff in location were all very friendly and courteous. Valet was always prompt and I never got the feeling from any staff members that they didn’t want to be there. They all had smiles and were very friendly. Location is perfect for all activities on the strip as it is right there. Not to mention being able to walk to the Grand without having to go outside! Definitely worth it and will be saving as a favorite!

Signature Tower 3 Condo Stay

Overall very good experience. A few minor issues: One of the bathroom sinks drained very slowly. Lounge chair is dated and uncomfortable. We were told there was a balcony but the condo did not have one. We would stay there again and recommend to others.

Great condo, clean and safe!

Stayed over my daughter's spring break in late March. Everything was as described in the posting. Secure and gated building and a seemless check in. Loved the walk way to MGM and the strip even though the weather was great it made me feel better than walking along the side streets in Vegas. Did pools the last day and it was fun to bounce between MGM pools and the more private pool at Signature. Definitely would stay here again!!
