The room was in good condition, although it was strange there either was no bedspread or it was one and looked instead like a white blanket. The staff was so-so, too, just seeming to phone it in, not bad but just there. The atmosphere was depressing, dark and dismal. Resort fees were an absolute insult for such a place, where even if we had wanted to do anything but sleep and shower, which we didn't, we would not have because it felt so awful.

The check in staff were great. Walking i to the casino/hotel smelt so bad of cigarette smoke. The rooms were clean but the bathroom dirt was swept behind the door

The reason they are getting 1 star is because they charged me triple what I should have been charged. When trying to contact them their number is busy no one ever answers. The number printed on the receipt provided to me at checkout is only for reservation assistance and cannot help.
