This place is by far the most disgusting, filthy place I have ever stayed in. Absolutely never again would I stay here. I complained to the front desk regarding the insane smoke smell in the room. They did nothing to rectify the situation. It was so disgusting I ended up leaving and staying at a hotel down the street. Do not stay here. Unless you smoke and want lung cancer.

You get what you pay for.

So my first time in Vegas and just staying for the night before we head to Utah. This hotel is on the older side. The carpet in worn and it looks run down. The awful thing is the bathroom is super tiny and you have to squeeze between the shower and toliet.

I wasn't actually able to stay at the property because I didn't have enough on my card to cover the $150 hold fee for a $60 room. I get that it's standard policy everywhere but it was incredibly frustrating. I ended up sleeping in my vehicle instead.

Worst experience ever! Starting with cost- when i booked the room what i was supposed to pay turned out to be double once i got to hotel and checked in! Renato( front desk manager) biggest jerk ive ever met in my life! Has no buisness being in customer service whatsoever! This hotel is a run down dump! As you walk thru the hallways it smells like sewer mixed with pol peree! Then once inside your room- nothing but airplane noise all night long, the beds were horrible and when you go to take a shower nothing more than a trickle of water comes out! Ladies if you have hair expect to be in the shower for 1/2 hour to an hour just trying to rinse soap out of your hair! I tried to get ahold of property manager which front desk manager refused to put me in touch with at first. Eventually he gave me her phone # which i tried calling without sucess! Worst stay ever! Traveler BEWARE! STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!

The door to the room poses a significant safety risk for children. My 6-year-old has learned how to unlock it easily, which allows them to wander outside without my knowledge. This situation raises serious concerns about their safety and security. It is crucial that they upgrade the locking mechanism on the door to ensure it is childproof and provides a secure environment for kids to play in without the risk of them getting outside unsupervised. A more advanced locking system, perhaps one that requires a higher level of dexterity to open, would greatly enhance safety and give me peace of mind.

The hotel advertised an airport shuttle and it was out of service. I had called a week before to confirm that they had a shuttle. No coffee maker, fridge or microwave.

Parking it’s easy. The gift shop was supposed to be open until 2am but she takes cigarettes breaks! I was told by the staff! So after constant checking and seeing the gate was close. I figure she took a nap somewhere?! I believe they offered a shuttle service to the airport, did not used but that’s nice. I just feel who ever is managing this property doesn't really cared. Please do something about the whole gift shop thing! I wasn’t the only one checking to see if she came back. Lastly non-smoking rooms means that! Don’t place someone in a non-smoking room that smells like smoke.

The property was okish, and the washrooms were not great either. Even the casino was understaffed. The worst part was that if I needed room service, like toiletries, I had to come down to reception to collect it because they weren’t delivering it to my room.
