It was pretty average for a hotel experience. Nothing crazy good or bad. Some downsides were that the shower was a bit grimy around the edges and had visible mold in the caulking. The hallways also stank and had beat up carpet. Like I said, nothing terrible, but it definitely wasn't a place I'd be dying to go back to either.

I’m writing to share my concerns about a recent stay at your property. While the customer service was courteous, the overall experience was disappointing. My room lacked basic amenities such as a microwave and coffee maker, which I expected to be standard. I was told it was only for deluxe rooms. Additionally, I was informed that housekeeping would not be provided during my stay and would only occur after checkout. This policy was never communicated in advance and is unacceptable for a multi-night reservation. These conditions significantly impacted my comfort and satisfaction. Based on this experience, I do not plan to stay at this hotel again. I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously and consider improving transparency around amenities and housekeeping policies for future guests.
