I give it 5 points although the bathroom floor was not washed; the room was super clean except that floor which must have been missed. New hotel, unexpectedly comfortable beds and pillows. Please note, there is no swimming pool here. Service impeccable. Breakfast is basic, protein missing entirely (no bacon, sausages or eggs present).

Airport shuttle was an abysmal experience. I called and was told 6 or 7 minute wait. 30 minutes later, after no one showing up and being on constant lookout, another person said it would be another 30 minutes. After waiting another 30 minutes, I called again asking where the shuttle was. The original guy told me it would now be another hour, sometime after 1am. I just want honesty. If there is too much traffic, tell me, so I can get another ride, but don’t string me along and make me wait and wait for a shuttle that is not coming.
