Everything with the shuttle and hotel at arrival was great. But there was a "misunderstanding" in regard to the shuttle when leaving, but I have to say that all was resolved. I would consider staying again another time.

Staff were great in answering questions. Room was pretty nice and spacious. Loved that it has a small refrigerator. Breakfast was ok. Just yogurt, cereal, bagels and coffee or juice. Nothing big. Not a lot of space to wait for your food or sit down to eat. Other than that it was a really great stay !

Although the shuttle experience was not great (we arrived just after 10pm and had to wait for the 11pm shuttle) the front desk experience at check in was outstanding. He asked about whether we needed a shuttle to the airport in the morning: we thought we did because we had a car rental to pick up and we thought it was at the airport - but we discovered that we actually could walk to the rental facility and not use the shuttle at all! Very helpful info! The room was clean, modern and comfortable and the gym was great with lots of heavy free weights and mats (wishing there were 2 treadmills but the elliptical served as a suitable 2nd choice). Breakfast was simple but ample with hard boiled eggs, bagels (lots of condiments), muffins, yogurt, fruit and cereal. Coffee was great with lots of options for dressing it (flavored cream, honey, etc)

The room was filthy, there was old blood and dirt on the floor. I had asked for something to be done or cleaned, we left for the day and came back in the evening and it was still dirty. The blood still hadn't been cleaned up or the large dirt spots.
