Seven friends celebrating a 60th birthday enjoyed the 35th floor balcony view from two suites connected by a private foyer. The pull-out sofa beds, however, were completely unacceptable to accommodate two adults. Thin, lumpy mattress, with insufficient pillows and bedding (more was not delivered until the next morning).

The staff was short handed, only one pool open with a bar, most of the time one bartender. No food serve. Garbages full. Hard to get a chair. Definitely needs more servers. The MGM need to allow beer drinks to have the option of leaving the caps on.

SVS is a great location for families, groups or anyone who don’t mind not staying directly in the strip. It has the flexibility of home and play. The location is off the strip but it is connected to MGM Grand which made it prefect for us because we don’t always like staying on the strip but like to visit the strip. It’s close to the Sphere as well. The location is great, the staff is amazing and the suite was to wonderful. My husband and I said this will be our place to stay everytime we visit Vegas.

Great stay! I was a little nervous not being directly on the strip, but it was literally a 3 minute walk from our tower (tower 1) to be inside of MGM grand. Great views, clean property, very spacious. Would stay again!

Very nice room quite and well equipped exactly what we wanted Very good staff and very close to anything you might need easy walk to the strip through the MGM Grand. Would definitely recommend stay at this hotel.

Balcony view was scenic and had a beautiful view of the strip. Unit is a little outdated, but very reasonable and spacious for the price. Great location and unit for families. Loved the microwave, range, refrigerator, pots, utensils, dishwashing materials. However, a window cleaner was left in the shower.

Just amazing studio apartment! Spacious, nice & usable kitchen. Great view. Just perfect for a longer stay. The only thing I didn’t like is the Valet parking… I usually don’t carry cash.
