We could get used to this!

We chose to stay at the Ahern for the price and the ratings. We were extremely surprised by how beautifully appointed this hotel is for the price! We were fortunate enough to somehow be assigned to a corner room with expensive views to the west, as well as the south! We could get used to this! This might not be the case with every suite, but we had a loveset AND a comfortable lounge chair. Our king size bed was very comfortable! We are not gamblers or smokers, so it was an added perk for us that we did not have to walk through a loud, smoky casino to get to the front desk. Also, we were able to find a parking spot in their garage that was convenient to ann entrance to the convention center, opposite the hotel. Only one of us took advantage of the complimentary breakfast. We had to wait a little longer than we thought we should have to for someone take the order but the food was forthcoming shortly afterwards. It was very filling, well plated and delicious. The Ahern is definitely on the top of our list of places to stay in Las Vegas!

I like that it's quiet, not as busy as other gaming properties. The parking is very close to the entrance and easy to navigate. The hotel is modern, tastefully decorated, and the staff is very nice and accomodating. This is my new preferred place to stay.

Terrible customer service

For starters, my checkin experience was the worst I’ve ever experienced in any so called “luxury” boutique hotel. Customer service was the rudest I’ve ever had especially in Las Vegas. Not to mention, no late check out without a fee or grace period past 12. They literally called my room 10 times and showed up at my door with security and threatened to call police if I didn’t pay and extra $50 to stay until 1pm! Mind you it had only been 15 minutes past 11am-are you kidding me?! Never again will I stay at this hotel again . Absolute terrible!

I loved that there were no resort fees or parking fees and we also got free breakfast. The staff was very nice. Check in was fast and no line. There is no casino and the hotel is so nice and quiet.
