The room I was in was severely outdated, it looked like an 80's highway motel (the most modern thing in the room was the flat screen TV). The bed was very firm, I only got a few hours of sleep each night. The bathroom had old pink tile all around it and the shower head was calcified (stuck in place). The room also has adjoining doors to the neighboring rooms. A very unimpressive Hotel room, I will not stay here again. The ground floor was nice, like a small outlet center. Food & drinks, Clothing, Casino games and scheduled complimentary shuttles all available.

I appreciate the swiftness of the check-in and the friendliness of the staff. I stayed here because I’m under 21 and can’t stay on the strip. This was definitely a good idea and closer than some other hotels to the Strip. The room was nicer than I expected, but nothing mind-blowing. I would stay here if it’s convenient for you but since I can stay on the Strip after I turn 21, there is nothing bringing me back here. The most confusing part was the parking because I saw everywhere that it’s free even if you’re not staying there, but that wasn’t the case. It was only $10 a day but it was really difficult to find and then maneuver to from different parts of the hotel. If it was indeed free then I probably would have overlooked it’s inconvenience. Otherwise, nothing bad to say.

Recent stay

Everyone’s worst nightmare is standing in line to check in at registration. The line was long and there was not enough staff to assist the long line. I stood in line late at night thinking I would not wait too long. I waited an hour just to reach the front of the line and an extra 30 mins to wait for staff to return from the back. Once I was being assisted, I come to find they had no more rooms available. As frustrating as it was, they upgraded my room at no extra cost. Room was spacious. Restroom was clean. Kitchenette was not used but the mini refrigerator had a bent rack. Shower surprisingly had no draining issues from what I experienced in the past. The hotel is known for plumbing issues. But I did not experience this during the stay. Registration wait was poor. Service was great. Room was excellent. Overall rating 3.5 of 5.
