We enjoyed our stay. I found most of the front desk staff very helpful. The room was nice and overall the facility was clean and convenient. The only thing I would have to say is that the staff that were stationed through the facility qhen tou asked them a question, they were not very nice. They seened botheted when we could not find something. Otherwise a goid experience.

Great Casino. Clean and smelled clean even with the smoking allowed. Shops in the casino were reasonably priced. So much to do.

I was not greeted with a welcome the check in person did not even welcome us in she gave us are cards for the room did not tell us what elevator number to go she just told us it’s upstairs they where just so rude and unprofessional they staying was okay but the service I was not happy about they way I was treated I don’t think I will come agin to stay the night at westgate I never had a bad experience when I come to Vegas until now

Checked in and was upsold for the “new” towers and the rooms looked older than the older rooms. Told they didn’t have enough king rooms that they book out for so was offered 2 double queen bed rooms. So we felt like we only had option to upgrade to get a king bed. Was told multiple prices for the upgrade and felt like they were just trying to sell us. Offered $75 credit a day but only able to use it one day. Ended up being charged $900 when we could have stayed at a nicer hotel for less than or comparable to the same price on the strip. Elevators weren’t working. Had to wait 15 mins to go up and down. No shower pressure and bathroom sink didn’t drain. We would never stay here again.

Great hotel! Huge rooms. Helpful staff. Some fees confused me, but I don’t stay at resorts often. I know they are common. There was a $75/day food credit. I never did understood how that worked. I asked at the front desk, but couldn’t understand what I was told. Is it a “use it or lose it” fee that was charged to me whether I ate there or not? I never could get an answer.
