This is where we stay in Las Vegas. It's an excellent facility with plenty to offer. Dining, entertainment and gambling are on site. The fact that there is a monorail stop at the Westgate is a hugh benefit and allows afforable and easy transport along the strip, which is great since we travel to many differne venues. The staff is friendly and helpful. Nothing but good things to say.

Staff was great. The location was great too, I didn't want to be right on the strip and this was perfect. My complaints are the resort fees seem high for no reason. I have cell service, so i didn’t even connect to wifi. You could at least let that fee cover parking. When your pool is closed, the fee should go down. You offered literally nothing at over $50 a day.

On our way in,we were Pleasantly greeted by staff. We were offered free things at the ser ice desk. We got excited since it was ZTE 4qour anniversary.The first room was not in good condition. Then were downgraded to another room. We were moved to 3 different rooms. It took long to settle in since we had already unpacked. We were offered free comedy tickets though.the staff is amazing!!! Great service. 👍

We never received housekeeping. We had to call to get more towels on the third night and that took several hours. The steakhouse we always love was closed. The diner we always love was only open from 8:00 - 1:00. These are things we would have liked to have known before booking. Service was just ok. It was disappointing because we have stayed there several times.

The heat wasn’t working, the sink was stopped up and it took someone almost 2 hours to come up and take a look. We were not accommodated and slept in the cold. I’m so glad we only stayed one night at this hotel. I will NOT recommend to anyone.

If you’re staying at the Westgate I think you know what you want and what you’re in for. Room and casino were clean, but we stayed there for the metro access and cheaper rates. I’ll say that the staff were all friendly and did great jobs, my only true complaint is the typical way they try to “talk” to you to get you in for a time-share/vacation club pitch. Lie and say you’re under 26 or whatever the cutoff is.

Service at the bars was hit and miss. I know they were really busy but sometimes my drink was $7.50 and some sometimes it was $18. Felt like I was getting ripped off but couldn’t prove it.
