Frustrating to have water leak and ruin my baggage’s and new shoes and be moved twice in middle of night and then to have room service confuse us since we Deaf made us think breakfast was free to say sorry for inconvenience of the water leak but it was not so embarrassing having to keep contacting manager to complain. That not how we wanted people to view us while we wanted to enjoy a very special anniversary plus enjoy largest Deaf event in USA. We thankful for managers trying to resolve but we still not seen the credit bill so we hope it was credited with due respect of all our frustrations but we did tip all your services well and they were so polite and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful week. I hope to return again for they was so much we never even got to see it all. Beautiful city. Beautiful hotel. Sandra W.

The room that we saw on the site versus the room, we were rented was night and day. The room we were rented looks like it hasn’t been remodeled since since Elvis was alive. The property is very dated on the interiors of the rooms. The lobby was nice enough, but the staff was super annoying with trying to put you on buying timeshares every 30 seconds we were pitched probably 15 times in a three day stay which is ridiculous. This property caters so much older clientele, which is fine but don’t show me a remodeled room then rent me a room that has red velvet carpet and amenities that look like there from the 1960s. I would never stay here again.

does not honor requested paid in Feb,25, arrived July 21 they have no rooms available still cleaning at 3pm check-in time. Did not get into a room until 9pm. Two out of 3 rooms smelled so bad we could not use housekeeping called returned to rooms at 10pm, the room's smelled of fragrance cleaner was dump in the room. With such a delay you think they would honor a 1-hour late checkout. NOPE told leave bags with Bellhop. They may have 14 restaurants but not for the average all hi priced. People were leaving the building to eat out and missed the convention we were there for. Only one ramp to get into casino and many many scooters. Lines for very slow elevators North tower
