Independent cottage, CLOSE to Saint-Céré, located next to the owners' house on the edge of the woods, in a quiet and natural environment. This small typical cottage is restored in the style of the country and fitted out in an old bakery. The path that borders it threads into the forest... Ideal location for nature lovers, hikers but also for visitors wishing to discover the tourist riches of this beautiful corner of the Lot! Cottage on 2 levels. On the ground floor, a built-in kitchen with refrigerant freezer compartment, mini-oven, microwave oven, washing machine. A living/kitchen area with sofa bed, wood stove, library, TV. Upstairs, an open bedroom with bed 140x190 and an adjoining bathroom with shower cabin and toilet. 2 terraces with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs. Access to free WIFI.
