Located in a small subdivision very recent, very quiet, removed from the noise of summer activities, built on the edge of a pine forest on the edge of the towns of Latour Bas Elne and Saint Cyprien, close to all shops, 5 minutes from the beaches of sand Saint-Cyprien, 15 minutes from Perpignan and Collioure and 20 minutes from the Spanish border, the villa "des Bougains" is located in a varied geographical environment, the Mediterranean coast in CorbiĂšres with visual on the first foothills of Pyrenees, AlbĂšres to Mount Canigou.
The house, with a surface of 106 mÂČ, is a new construction on 2 sides. It is equipped, on 2 levels, to receive from 6 to 8 people. It has 4 rooms (living room and 3 bedrooms), 1 mezzanine (office), 3 bathrooms (1 per room), 2 WC (1 on each level), 4 terraces (1 per room). All rooms are equipped with large windows.
It is a non-smoking house.

Perfect Villa in a Perfect Location

Modern well equiped villa with welcoming host and rental agency. The property is perfectly situated close to St Cyprien Plage and with supermarkets nearby. We would highly recommend for an excellent stay, this being our second visit and we hope to return next year.

Wonderful Holiday Home

We spent two weeks at this property at the beginning of July. The villa is ideally located being close to St Cyprien and all local amenities, with two supermarkets within walking distance. The property is very well maintained, with all necessary inventory items provided, and a number of additional unexpected items that proved to be very useful. The pool was very welcome, particularly in the warm weather that we experienced during our stay. The choice of external seating areas allowed us to sit in the shade at all times of the day. The agency that oversaw our visit, from welcoming us at our arrival, to assisting with an initial issue that we encountered, provided an excellent service. In particular we would like to thank Christine for her help and support. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to use it again in the future.

Das Haus ist sehr gerĂ€umig und hat sehr schöne RĂ€ume und schöne BĂ€der in jedem Schlafzimmer. Die zentrale Klimaanlage und BelĂŒftung funktioniert sehr gut. In jedem Raum gibt es ordentliche elektrische Rolladen! Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend ca. 10 Minuten von den SandstrĂ€nden entfernt. Der Pool ist grĂ¶ĂŸer als wir erwartet haben und ausreichen tief. Leider muss man mit einer manuellen Poolabdeckung kĂ€mpfen. Der Pool liegt leider abends im Schatten. Ein guter BĂ€cker und SupermĂ€rkte sind mit dem Auto um die Ecke zu erreichen. Die Sauberkeit war soweit ok. Tierhaare waren zu entfernen. Irritierend war teilweise die Kommunikation mit der Agentur. Gebuchte BettwĂ€sche bekommt man nach der Ankuft in die Hand gedrĂŒckt und muß dann selber lernen, wie ein französisches Bett richtig bezogen wird, da das Bettzeug nur aus einzelnen Laken besteht. Weiterhin haben wir die Endreinigung fĂŒr 130 Euro gebucht und die Agentur drĂŒckte uns einen langen Zettel in die Hand, was wir trotzdem noch zu reinigen hĂ€tten z.B. die BettwĂ€sche zu waschen, die Toiletten zu reinigen etc.. Durch RĂŒcksprache mit dem EigentĂŒber konnte das jedoch schnell geklĂ€rt werden. FĂŒr die Kaution verlangt die Agentur die Nutzung einer App mit ca. 5 Euro GebĂŒhren fĂŒr den Service. Als das bei mir technisch nicht funktionierte konnten wir die Kaution auch in der Agentur direkt hinterlegen. Kaution sind 600 Euro und nicht 500 Euro wie beschrieben.

Komfortables Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist sehr gut mit allem, was man im Urlaub benötigt, ausgestattet. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen fĂŒr eine Woche da und haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Vorteilhaft fĂŒr unseren Hund war auch, dass der kleine Garten komplett eingezĂ€unt war. Außerdem waren direkt hinter dem Haus HundespaziergĂ€nge in einem kleinen PinienwĂ€ldchen möglich. Das Dorf Saint Cyprien war schnell zu Fuss zu erreichen. Dort gab es einige Restaurants und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Als Ausflugsziel lohnt sich besonders Collioure, aber auch Perpignan ist sehenswert. Nicht zu vergessen die wunderschönen weitlĂ€ufigen StrĂ€nde an dieser KĂŒste. Sehr schön ist auch der KĂŒstenwanderweg zwischen Colliour und ArgelĂšs-sur-Mer. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur vor Ort war auch sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank an Christine fĂŒr die Nachsendung einer von uns im Schrank vergessenen Jacke. Ich kann dieses Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Agréable séjour

La maison est bien situĂ©e si on recherche le calme, et Ă  quelques minutes en voiture des supermarchĂ©s. IdĂ©al pour prendre la route d’Argeles et de Collioure. Nous avons Ă©galement apprĂ©ciĂ© le fait d’avoir la climatisation et chacun sa salle de bain. Certains Ă©quipements sont de belle qualitĂ©, notamment dans la cuisine.

Cette maison manifestement trĂšs rĂ©cente, voire neuve, est extrĂȘmement fonctionnellement et trĂšs haut de gamme (douches Ă  l’italienne dans toutes les chambres, climatisation, volets roulants motirisĂ©s etc
). De plus, bien qu’étant mitoyenne, elle bĂ©nĂ©ficie d’un calme absolu et donne sur une pinĂšde, ce qui permet des repas dans un environnement de qualitĂ©. Elle est trĂšs bien situĂ©e, trĂšs prĂšs de commerces de toutes sortes, de la mer et des PyrĂ©nĂ©es. Enfin, dernier point et non des moindres, le personnel de l’agence qui gĂšre le bien est adorable et se met en 4 pour vous. Bref, nous avons passĂ© d’excellentes vacances!

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Sehr komfortables, modern eingerichtetes und gut ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (verschiedene SupermĂ€rkte) in der NĂ€he (einer sogar selbst zu Fuß schnell erreichbar). Wir waren an 2 StrĂ€nden (4 km / 8 Minuten und 5 km / 15 Minuten) , die mit dem Auto ebenfalls schnell und gut zu erreichen waren. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall erforderlich - insbesondere, wenn man die schöne Umgebung erkunden möchte. Hier gibt's einiges zu sehen und zu entdecken. Unser Ausflug nach Collioure hat uns besondere gut gefallen. Über die nahegelegene Grenze nach Spanien haben wir uns wegen Corona-Pandemie allerdings nicht "getraut". Netter und schneller Kontakt zum EigentĂŒmer, der stets erreichbar war. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir besimmt nochmal wieder kommen. Wir haben uns prima erholt. Vielen Dank !

AGREABLE SEJOUR EN PAYS CATALAN

Nous avons passĂ© de merveilleuses vacances chez la location et nous n'avons aucune suggestion d'amĂ©lioration, car tout Ă©tait parfait. La maison est trĂšs bien meublĂ©e et tout est lĂ , ce dont vous avez besoin. Sur le site est une trĂšs bonne infrastructure et la mer avec une belle plage n'est pas loin. On peut faire des excursions formidables et randonner dans les PyrĂ©nĂ©es. Merci Ă©galement Ă  Jean-Claude offrent un service exceptionnel et qui s’est trĂšs bien occupĂ© de nous.
