The lowest room height is 1.88 m, otherwise 1.95 m. Outside space with table and chairs with beautiful view. Access to the apartment is only possible via a staircase. Ideal starting point for short or long hikes or snowshoe tours. The chalet is located at 1460m (village center Lauenen at 1250m) and is easily accessible by car. In winter, snow chains or 4x4 drive are a must. An open parking lot and a storage room for skis and sports equipment are available. WiFi is available. Important note: The apartment is heated from the kitchen wood-burning stove via radiators (instructions from the landlord). In winter, the apartment is preheated by the landlords before arrival.
