Good but could be so much better!

We were very disappointed to find they allow smoking inside the casino and other areas. WTH??? Felt like an unwanted flashback to the 1980s. Also, why are both waterslides "out of order"??? This is the second time and our 9 year old was pretty bummed. How hard is it to maintain a pump that pushes water to the top? Otherwise the pool is awesome and a highlight of the property.

The bathroom was not clean. The faucets looked like they had never been cleaned. The tub looked dirty. TV didn’t offer enough programs. Too far away from everything.

Not a fun week!!

Toilet was sooooo low and the beds were both sooooo uncomfortable...lumpy with horrible dips...you could feel hard spots which im sure were the faulty springs. No coffee pot...no extra pillows or blankets. No tv...you could watch something for like 10 minutes and then it would deny access...all channels were this way. Very poor internet in rooms and no where in hotel itself. I get they want you gambling but this restrictive way of staying just makes me know to go elsewhere next trip.

The rooms were dusty bathroom was dirty water was comming out brown. You couldn’t even wash face or teeth of how nasty the water was. The carpet was so dirty. Red stains everywhere.

I work at night and sleep in the day time. It was very noisy outside my door/hallway. Kids yelling/screaming. Hard to have a good sleep. No many choices to eat inside. Hotel is old and dingy.

We loved the location, beach, pool and the secured parking area, the staff was great. We had problems with our room safe twice. The service was great and prompt. House keeping was nice and available when needed. We will return, we like off the beaten path facilities.

Easter weekend .

The hotel is OK . Their ice machines are very inconsistent with having ice Usually none. The phone in our room did not work. We reported the first day as a safety issue and after 5 days was not repaired or replaced. If you have ATT almost no cel service so in am emergency on phone to get help. We were their Easter weekend. The buffet was only open on Easter until one . The pluses the beach is wonderful and eas mot crowed because still early in season. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
