No service in any of the central tower rooms, bathroom tub didnt have a plug for a bath( not sure I would have taken one anyways) and bathroom sink completely fell out as we were walking out the door to leave. Nothing luxury about the luxury room I booked

Room was clean just a little dusty. Bathtub looked dirty but I think it was just stained. Service was good, food places were good, pool area was good! Don’t let the pool water scare you, it’s clean it’s from the filters. Definitely would come back

Too much smoke

Overall, it was an OK place for the price probably would not stay there again considering that it smells too much like smoke as soon as you walk in I didn’t think it was a problem until I went to other casinos in the river and they didn’t have that overly cigarette smell like the one I stayed in also too far away from any other activities like the river taxi

Needs a deep cleaning

Rooms are nice but having the carpet shampooed would be a great idea. Lots of stains and smells being held in the carpet. At least plug in some glade plug-ins in the hallway so it doesn’t smell like mildew

HELP! No TP!!! Clothes left behind!

We drove 8 hours, got to hotel and checked in. The luggage cart and the luggage helpers were no where to be found. They finally came out of their shack and told us only they can use the luggage cart and they don’t loan it out. Got up to our room unloaded luggage and went to the toilet only to find out there was NO toilet paper and had to call front desk to bring toilet paper. Sat there on the toilet waiting, called twice more, finally my wife went down hall looking for someone or a room open to get some. Ran into the second shift house cleaning manager and worker. They had a roll of toilet paper with them. Yay! Then we proceeded to explain it took at least 45 minutes! We showed them that the bathroom and the tub had not been cleaned and the bathroom floor was sticky. They apologized that the room was not cleaned before they assigned us the room. They quickly got supplies, cleaned the tub and mopped the floor. They were very helpful and efficient. Please recognize their professionalism!! Then last but not least,!!! We left clothes on hangars in the closet. We tried getting help with having them retrieved and the front desk and security and lost and found told us that they were BUSY! We called twice and got the same response, every one is BUSY! They woild not lend us any assistance in solving our problem.

Dirrtiest room ever

Horrible experience.. the dirtiest hotel ive ever been to., asked for blankets and they were out of them, they only had sheets, the room was beyong dirty, the carpet nasty. Like someone had been murdered in that room, the bed sheets had blood in them. Do yourself a favor and dont stay there..

From the moment I arrived. The front desk lady was not too friendly . She was not as welcoming as I expected. They were not busy not sure why she was not so friendly. Room was good clean our cleaning lady was great really sweet. The pool and just the over all place was not as clean the walls in the elevator spoke volumes. The carpet really filthy the windows can be seen not as clean you can see the smears of kids hand prints just dirty . I wish it was cleaner . The food area was clean I was so surprised. But the hotel not so much . I don’t know if I ever can go back, they just need new management I think it starts from the top . The employees just look so unhappy you can tell on the way they carry themselves uniforms dirty and wrinkled not put together just sloppy . This is not a good look over all.
