Our room freaked of perfume so strong it gave my husband and myself a headache. The fire alarm went off at 12:22AM and lasted for about 36 minutes and all of the staff was so confused as to what was going on. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel/casino to anyone.

The room was large, attractive and quiet; the bed, very comfortable. The outside amenities were amazing -- a gorgeous pool area as well as a beach on a bay of the Colorado River. We've discovered a gem!

The first room assigned was very run down with a missing door to the dresser and scuff marks all over. Felt unclean. The second choice was one floor up and same number. It was in better shape, however it felt dirty again. We were tired and I ended up sleeping in my clothes as it just felt dirty. The next morning I noticed the bathroom in full light was very filthy with hair and old dirt between the shower door and the toilet. It was disgusting and the worst I have seen at a hotel.

First time in this hotel,nice rooms but... The bathroom need a remodel specialty the shower,no water pressure and it was very difficult to shower like that,the rest of the property was very nice

As soon as we walked through the casino it smelled heavily like smoke it's almost unbreathable and we are traveling with two small kids. We checked in around 10pm and had a good check in experience with the front desk agent who explained to me what was in the property. The temperature in the shower kept fluctuating between really cold and hot, which was frustrating. The room itself was nice and we had a great view of the pool and river just like I booked. The private beach area is such a gem we absolutely loved that the kids could play in the sand and go in the river. However, we went into the pool area first and it's beautiful with many pools and jacuzzis but they were freezing cold and the two slides were closed, which I see why. No one wanted to be in the water. They really need to consider having heated pools. That was very unfortunate and the kids were very upset that they couldn't play and swim in the pool.

they were awesome letting us check into 3 rooms hours early. however, i called them the day before our arrival to make sure the pools and hot tubs were open. they said everything was working. we drove 2 hours with the kids to find out the 2 slides to the pool were down and so was the hot tub. we also found mouth tape stuck to a pillow case. not sure if they didnt wash the sheets or if it stuck on throughout the wash cycle and the maid didn't notice it when she made the bed?????

The rooms are outdated and the beds are not comfortable. The shower leaked rust the entire time. However, the ammenites at the hotel are phenomenal! The pool was recently updated and the movie theater, arcade, and kids quest are a huge selling point. The lounge hosted a DJ all weekend. Overall, the experience was good.
