We were so disappointed staying at the Ari first off. It was not in the heart of Laughlin. It was far from the major hotels in Laughlin. Our room was so dirty. The vents had dust hanging out of them. The air condition events had kicked on dust. The furniture had thick dust on it. The carpeting had stains all over it. We were also in a remodeled room, but the cleanliness of it was disgusting. We will never stay there again.

Bathroom was dirty from previous guest. Bath tub slow to drain and difficult to use. I was asked what type of room preference would i like. I asked for possibly a room with a view, and got a room with a view of the valet parking.

We loved our stay at Avi. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. There are several dining options, a casino, valet parking, and even a safe area to drop the little ones off in needed. It is a safe and clean resort. There is even a movie theatre at the resort. Avi will not disappoint. Thank you.

It was not advertised when booking that the family pool area would be closed which was the primary reason for booking this area. Beach was open, but not maintained, lots of garbage, glass, bottle caps, etc. Hot tub was open, but extremely loud vac truck operating the entire time & it was only lukewarm temp. There are a couple of dated kids areas, but the smoke from the casino area is so thick I wouldn’t let my daughter spend time in there. Fridge was not working, tv remote did not work (but they did replace quickly). It was a cheap booking, so no real complaints as the bed was made warm & dry, but not somewhere I will book again. For those looking for a budget motel, this is fine, but wish I’d seen more clear reviews in advance.

The room needs an update, there was rust in the bathroom. When you turn on any water faucet including the shower, the water comes out brown. The shower water could never get hot. The staff was friendly but that was about it. The slot machines were also not the best. I don’t think I would stay here ever again.
