They ran out of prime rib at least 2 nights in a row. I got food poisoning from the key lime pie that was a brown color. The kids pool had nothing up there except a cement slab, and an unheated pool, and the water was cold. Housekeeping was great. Always helpful and very nice. Front desk was personable.

There was no attention to details in the room. Chipped paint, towels had faded bloodstains on them, splatters of something questionable (poop?) on the wall by toilet, marks on walls, etc. I took pictures if you’re interested.

Enjoyed our stay at Riverside, rooms were nice and clean. The staff checking in were kind and courteous. The only downfall we encountered was getting players cards for the casino. The resort asks for your passport to give you a players card, which no other resort has ever done, a drivers license or photo id is usually all that’s required. A nice place to stop for the night overall.
