From the moment we arrived inside the casino it smells like smoke/cigarettes , I hoped when we got to our non smoking room it would be better but it wasn’t the room smelled horribly of cigarettes. I thought this was the case with all casinos and no when we went to all the other casinos they didn’t smell like cigarettes seems like building is older and it just doesn’t have good ventilation.

The non-smoking wing stinks and permeates the room. Housekeeping is really bad. They forget many items, like shampoo and towels. The sheets are not changed!

The hotel is just average. Clean enough, quiet enough but nothing other than ordinary. No microwaves in the rooms was inconvenient, especially given limited restaurants.

It has a lot of activities to do. Food was good. Room was clean. I was a little disappointed that the south pool was closed. Overall it was worth the stay.

Riverside Casino review

Coming from Vegas, would have never imagine that the only place to eat before 8 AM would be the Cafe ( Food, not pastries). Buffet, restaurants that offer breakfast’s opened at 8, so we couldn’t have a good breakfast, as we had a tournament that started at 8. That and the internet connection were the 2 that really stood out as unacceptable. Other than that, it was pretty good for the most part
