Cosy Eco Home in Launceston

Our house is located next to a golf course and near the university, just a 3-minute drive from shops and 7-10 minutes from the Launceston city centre. It’s a comfortable, eco-friendly retreat offering peace and tranquility amidst bustling surroundings. Additionally, we are conveniently close to The Hub - Northern Suburbs Community Centre — a local government-run community center with a variety of sports facilities, including rock climbing walls, basketball courts, and more. Right next to the community center, there is a newly opened McDonald’s, making daily meals and quick snacks easily accessible. Both the community center and McDonald’s are just a short walk or a 3 minute drive from our house, adding great convenience to your stay.

This is a three-bedroom with one studio house with two full bathrooms. The master bedroom features an ensuite, while the second bathroom is shared by other bedrooms and includes laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer).

The backyard features a picnic area with an artificial grass pathway, a picnic table, and beautiful views of the golf course. It’s perfect for enjoying a peaceful gathering with friends in a serene outdoor setting.

Currently, we are opening three bedrooms for guests: the master bedroom and two additional bedrooms. Guests can access shared areas, including the kitchen, lounge room, and backyard picnic area.

We only accept one booking at a time, ensuring exclusive access to shared spaces without sharing with other guests.

House rules:
- No unauthorised additional guests are permitted. If you need to add extra guests, please submit a request at least 1 full day in advance via the platform.
- Please keep the home clean and tidy, place outdoor shoes next to or under the yellow shoe cabinet.
- Please use appliances and devices as instructed, do not tamper with the locks, lights, voice control or other facilities.
- Smoking is not permitted indoors.
- Please respect quiet hours, especially during late night hours.
- Please do not remove or damage any items from the property.

As a guest of this bed & breakfast, you'll find a hot tub, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
