Hedera is a beautiful 3 bedroom Victorian home situated within a popular café precinct and is a brief stroll to Launceston's CBD and an easy commute to main attractions.

Built in 1878 and undergoing a complete renovation in 2017, it features stylish and brand new premium furnishings and fittings. The light filled home is perfect for both families or groups with 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with a large contemporary open-plan kitchen and living area.

The three full sized bedrooms have high ceilings and all feature luxurious pillow top beds and crisp hotel quality bed linen, along with beautiful artwork and décor which ensures you will have a comfortable stay.
• Master bedroom with queen sized ensemble bed, large en-suite with a full size shower and under-floor heating, plus a generous walk in wardrobe
• Second bedroom with queen sized ensemble bed
• Third bedroom with two single ensemble beds

Enjoy cooking and eating in the brand new open plan kitchen, with stunning solid granite bench tops, new cooktop and extra wide oven, along with a spacious fridge and freezer. The kitchen is equipped with brand new & quality cooking and entertaining necessities, and the open plan layout makes conversation flow easily within the living areas.

The adjoining dining area features a 6 seater solid oak dining table and stylish bentwood dining chairs, positioned by a wall of bi-fold glass doors which open up onto a decked courtyard area which is the perfect place to enjoy the afternoon sun or a BBQ dinner. In Winter the dining area stays cosy thanks to underfloor heating, and you can relax in the plush carpeted living room, featuring a 43 inch screen Sony Smart TV, while keeping warm by the gas heater.

Hedera has a beautiful office space with a solid Tasmanian oak desk at the intersection of the where the new renovation meets the original building, creating a peaceful and sunny nook to work or read.

The main bathroom includes a free standing solid bathtub and a shower, fluffy new towels and under-floor heating, plus an adjoining laundry with a new frontload washer to stay on top of any washing while you travel.

Hedera includes ample off street parking at the rear of the property if required.

The charming house is situated within the popular Charles Street café precinct and is a 5 -10 minute walk to the CBD and Launceston’s main attractions, making it the ideal position to explore Launceston and it’s surrounds, whether travelling for work or for leisure.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The hosts are really friendly and the house is beautiful. There is off street parking, the driveway is somewhat narrow. Our full size rental SUV was a bit of a challenge to park. A smaller vehicle would be no issue. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the gorge. We highly recommend this VRBO for your visit to Launceston. It is perfect for groups or families and longer stays.
The living room kitchen and dining area open onto a lovely patio that is very private.
Kitchen was very well equipped.

Perfect stay

Beautiful, well maintained property was perfect for our short stay. We were a group of three couples requiring accommodation to attend a wedding. The house is well located with nearby cafes, supermarkets and hotels all within walking distance. We would stay there again if there is a need.

Gem of a property.

Stylish, well located and very well equipped. This was the perfect accommodation for our family of four, including two twenty something sons. In Launceston for a family wedding this was the ideal central base for four days of celebrations.

Beautiful Stay in Launceston

Thank you for an amazing stay in Launceston. Property is centrally located, short stroll to the city centre and a great selection of cafes nearby. The house has been beautifully renovated to the highest standard. Comfy beds and very warm and cosy which is a must for a winter stay in Launceston. Hosts are very accommodating, we had a couple of requests which they were very helpful with. Highly recommended.
