The Space:
Welcome to your Trevallyn escape at Cataract Court—an elevated, light-filled apartment with sweeping Tamar River views and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Set just minutes from Launceston’s city centre and the iconic Cataract Gorge, this two-bedroom apartment sleeps up to four guests and is perfect for couples, colleagues or friends travelling together.

The main bedroom features a queen bed and views over the river—ideal for slow mornings with the sun streaming in. The second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed with a built-in bench seat, giving you a quiet corner to enjoy a book or wind down with a drink.

Inside, the space is clean and modern with fresh furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout. The living area offers a warm, inviting spot to unwind, while fast Wi-Fi and a smart TV make relaxing in easy. The open-plan kitchen is fully functional and equipped with everything you need to prepare a simple meal or quick breakfast, with the dining area perfectly placed to soak up the natural light and surrounding views.

Trevallyn is a leafy, elevated suburb just minutes from Launceston’s city centre, known for its sweeping views over the Tamar River, charming older homes, and strong sense of community. It’s a favourite among locals for its quick access to the city, with cafés, parks, and walking trails all close by. The iconic Cataract Gorge is right on the doorstep, offering bush walks, swimming spots, and picnic areas. Trevallyn Park and the Trevallyn Nature Recreation Area add even more green space, with trails for biking and dog walking.

Getting Around:
To really enjoy the region it is recommended to have your own car.

This property is on an elevated block above street level. Stairs and a long path are required to walk up to the front door. Inside, there are internal stairs to the apartment. There is no lift.
