╰┈➤10 minute drive to the Cataract Gorge.

Quiet neighborhood adjoining the CBD. A mixture of small commercial buildings, and heritage cottages. Very central to all amenities.

It`s best to have a car to explore Launceston and the surrounding areas. There is a carport at the premises plus plenty of off street parking.
When booking for 2 guests that require seperate bedrooms, please book for 3 people to allow for the extra linen and cleaning charges.
