The house is a farmhouse with a fine history, an old silkworm farm converted into a farm, vaulted cellar with several sections, games room (table football, table tennis), jacuzzi, laundry room, on the 1st floor, large common room, 3 fully-equipped and independent T3s and a studio with fitted kitchen, bathroom, in the T3s, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with twin beds with the possibility of separating them. Shared kitchen of 50m².
Pets are welcome provided they do not cause any damage.
No smoking inside.
