Renovated home set amongst the Malapere vineyards with extensive views towards the Pyrenees. The accommodation is spacious and contemporary with a ground floor kitchen/dining area, living room and two bedrooms with private terraces plus a large family bathroom. Upstairs are two further bedrooms with their own ensuite bathrooms.

A further double bedroom can be found in the attached but seperate entrance gite which also has its own bathroom, kitchen and living room.

Outside is a lawned garden, shady terraces and a large private pool. Close to Limoux and Carcassonne with restaurants, bars and lively markets.

Pool is 9m x 4m, depth 1-2.2m with a ledge all around the edge.
During your stay at this villa, you'll be close to Domaine Gayda. A kitchen and 3.5 bathrooms are available in the villa.
