Lovely boutique hotel. Our room had a balcony. Conveniently next to the Metro which is underground here so not noisy. Our room pretty, but small; only one foot between bed and desk/tv stand and barely adequate on sides. Staff very friendly and helpful.

This was a great place to stay for my three year-old daughter’s first trip to Europe. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the location is perfectly situated between the lake and city center.

Nice hotel, very old fashioned charm, extremely convenient location next to a tube stop, half way between the train station and the port d'Ouchy. However no wheelchair/pram access, which is crazy in this day and age specially since it didn't seem impossible to make the building a bit more accessible. very inconvenient with large luggages. And the breakfast wasn't worth the price!

Nice place, but check room size.

Initially our room was tiny with no closet or drawers, but they did move us into one with closets and things were better. Location is great for accessing the metro.

Historic hotel - stunning decor

Fantastic location, historic hotel that has been well maintained. Looking at the photos on the walls was a step back in time. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The decor in the room was amazing being true to era but either recently touched up or simply very well maintained. The hotel helped us fill out the form to get free public transit. It’s a lovely walk to the lake, or an easy (free) tram ride. Highly recommend this hotel.

Belle adresse pour un séjour à Lausanne

Séjour court pris à la dernière minute. Hôtel très bien situé (50m métro 2), accueil excellent avec surclassement. Titres de transport en commun offert (pê tous les hôtels de Lausanne...). Petit déjeuner correct mais un peu onéreux. Chambre plutôt jolie et classique, bien équipée. Un peu de bruit sourd provenant probablement de l'ascenseur adjacent. Bar lounge pas très lounge (lobby) et boisson servi par l'équipe d'accueil, sans choix très vaste de cocktail.
