The staff at reception was efficient and friendly. The breakfast was pleasant and well-serviced. The location across from the train station was very convenient and the sound proofing of the hotel meant that the trains were not an intrusion. The Metro is right next door and gets you around easily.

Good location. The room was on the back side of the hotel and very calm. Quite spacious, but with basic amenities for a 4 stars hotel. Also, no special facilities were available, as one would expect from a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was ok, but 25.-chf was in my opinion a bit too high with respect to the offering of food and beverage variety.

The room was fantastic. The gentleman at the counter when we checked in whose name starts with a Ugur was unbelievable helpful with our stay, attractions and public transportation. The bed was the best we have had in Switzerland.
