The Suites at Lava Hot Springs offer newly remodeled, apart-hotel accommodations in a modernized historic building, ideally located in the heart of downtown Lava Hot Springs. This beautifully updated suite provides a comfortable and inviting stay, perfect for couples, families, or small groups. This unit only sleeps 2 but can be booked with unit #12 which has a kitchen and sleeps 4 additional people. There is a party door between this unit and Unit 12 with bolt locks from both sides.

Located just steps from Lava’s World-Famous Hot Pools, the Portneuf River, and the Olympic Pool & Water Park, this suite places you in the center of everything. Plus, with restaurants, shops, and bars within a 5-minute walk, you’ll have easy access to all the local favorites.

Important Booking Information
After reserving your suite, you will receive an additional email from our booking platform, OwnerRez, to complete your rental agreement and secure a $200 hold for incidentals. This hold is released after 7 days, provided there are no issues.

As part of our ongoing commitment to guest safety and comfort, The Suites have been remodeled and reinforced following the structural incident at the neighboring property, The Blue Moon Bar. While our building remained structurally sound, we took this opportunity to enhance our space for an even better guest experience.
