Villa Smeralda was completely renovated and ecorated this year by a team of architects. The apt has a private elevator entrance, alfresco ceilings, parquet floors, quality furnishings, and a sea view. 1 or 2 bedrooms, both with bath, a large living room and kitchenette. The villa sits on a 4 acre olive grove.... yet only 10 minute walk to Lavagna, the train station and beaches. 10km - Sestri Levante, 20km - Portofino. 56 km - Genova airport, 5Terre - 30 min by train. Perfect spot to explore the Riviera. The space offers 1 or 2 bedrooms, both with matrimonial beds, each with bathroom, a large living room, kitchen, washing maching, air conditioner, wifi included, as well as electric car charger. Parking is offered in a gated lot, there is a private entrance for our guests with an elevator. Electric Car Charger available. Note: We live on the ground and 1st floor when we are not travelling around so are happy to assist with any questions or suggestions, but if you want to be left alone, your space on the second floor is completely private.
