This individual chalet has two private parking spaces right in front. A perfect accommodation for winter and summer holidays. Numerous hiking trail and mountain bike path departures will be available to you.

Facing full south with a view of the Cantal lead, you can enjoy the outdoors thanks to the garden plot surrounding the accommodation.

This property offers on the first level a living space consisting of a dining area with a large table, 6 chairs, a lounge area with a sofa bed, 2 club armchairs, 2 poufs and a television. An open kitchen area will also be on this level equipped with a mini oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette appliance, top refrigerator...

Still on the same level, a bathroom with hairdryer and a toilet.

You will also find a separate second toilet.

Finally, you will find a bedroom with a 140x190 bed.



On the second level, you will have two rooms at your disposal, one with a 140X190 bed and the other with 2 beds of 90x190.

Duvets, mattress protectors and pillows are provided.

Bed linen and towels are not provided.

This accommodation is non-smoking.

Animals are allowed in this chalet with a supplement of 35 euros.

A deposit will be requested.
