Duplex apartment of 47m2 located on the 5th floor with lift in the Griou residence in the heart of the Lioran resort. This geographical location will allow you to enjoy numerous hiking trails, mountain bike trails, ski slopes... all the activities offered by the Lioran resort, just a stone's throw away.
This perfectly equipped accommodation will offer total space optimisation and direct access to ski slopes and shops and restaurants.
On the first level, there is an entrance with separate toilet, large cupboard with shoe dryer, and storage.
Continuing, you can enjoy the kitchen space (microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, small oven, kettle, toaster, raclette machine...) open to the living area with its television and sofa bed in 140x190 and dining area.
Two doors in this space lead to the first bedroom with two single beds in 80x190 and the second with bunk beds in 80x190.
On the second level, a folding table and chairs will be at your disposal as well as a desk area with second television.
There will also be a final bedroom with its 140x190 bed.
You can enjoy a superb south-facing view of the Plomb du Cantal and ski slopes thanks to the balcony of this duplex equipped with garden furniture.
