Splendid 70m2 accommodation, comfortable and tastefully decorated, which can accommodate up to 9 people and is located in the Résidence du Puy du Rocher in Le Lioran.

This rental is ideal for family or friends' holidays. You will be at the foot of the Rocher du Cerf slope, which will take you directly to the heart of the resort.



You will find, on the ground floor, a large open living space, a living room with television and a sofa bed in 140x190, a dining area next to a kitchen equipped with an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, electric hobs, an extractor hood and a refrigerator... A raclette appliance and a fondue appliance are at your disposal to enjoy the delights of our beautiful region such as CHEESE!

In addition, you will find a bedroom with a double bed in 140x190 and a small television, a bathroom with shower, and separate toilets.



Upstairs, the accommodation features a bedroom with a bunk bed in 90x190 and a single bed in 90x190 (stored underneath the bunk bed). There is also another bedroom with a double bed in 140x190 and a television, as well as a bathroom/shower with WC and a tumble dryer/washing machine.



A south-facing balcony completes this accommodation, with its garden furniture and a superb view of the mountains. You will have at your disposal a laundry room with a shoe dryer and a second washing machine, perfect for storing your ski gear or bicycles.
