Comfortable and functional 33 m2 apartment located at the entrance of the resort in the Bec de l'aigle residence on the second floor without a lift, it will allow easy access to hiking trails in the summer and ski slopes in the winter. Proximity to shops and ski lifts leading to the resort centre will also be an asset.

It is a duplex with a bedroom in the mezzanine with a double bed in 140x190 as well as a single sofa bed. It has a bathroom with shower and toilet, a living room including a lounge area with a sofa bed in 140x190, as well as a kitchen area equipped with a top fridge, an electric hob, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a fondue and raclette appliance, a traditional filter coffee maker....
