WE Trail des Citadelles

Nous sommes venus en famille dans le cadre du Trail des Citadelles, nous étions 7 adultes, ce gite correspondait parfaitement en terme de situation 1,2 km du départ en terme de confort, une chambre avec lit en 140 pour chaque couple.Seul petit bémol, l'emplacement de la salle de bain, dont l'accès se fait par l'une des chambre.Par contre le propriétaire est TRES à l'écoute de ces clients.En conclusion un WE parfait à condition de ne pas parler de la météo.

La maison est sympathique mais la cuisine pour 10 personnes est un peu juste, une fois assis autour de la table, on ne peut plus bouger. Personnellement j aurais mis un clic clac dans la studette. Nous avons passé un bon weekend

Je recommande ce logement car d'emblee on s'y sent bien : aspect chaleureux du salon, grande cuisine

Maison calme dans un endroit tranquille non loin des commerces : super U a proximite. Bon accueil ! Cuisine spacieuse avec une grande table, beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine : tres appreciable ! Salon cosy chaleureux surtout en hiver. Avec des jeunes et des enfants, le vrai plus est la table de ping-pong et le baby-foot. La deco et le style sont anciens. Nous avons vraiment apprecie notre sejour et le chateau de Montsegur est a 13 kms et Roquefixade non loin et le joli village de Pereille aussi.

Maison de famille bien située pour profiter des hauteurs, des lacs et sports d'eau vive

15 jours en famille (4 personnes) réussis à Lavelanet, Ariége Pays Cathare. La maison de Jean-Pierre offre le confort nécessaire: lave linge, seche linge, lave vaisselle etc. Nous avons dormi à l'étage, salle de bain rénovée. Maison assez fraîche par temps chaud. Mme Matha est très à l'écoute pour l'arrivée et le départ, se rend disponible pour toute question. Nous avions demandé les lits faits et les serviettes de toilettes pour alléger les valises, avec supplément biensur cette option est très appréciable. Visiter absolument la Brasserie du Grand Bison qui est dans la même rue, l'équipe et Marie la propriétaire sont super. Kart de descente à la station, les gorges de Pereilles, le télésiège pour les sommets et l'étang d'Appy, le château de Foix à visiter pour les ateliers animés par des passionnés, le lac de Montbel et de Puivert à moins de 30 mn, l'accrobranche de Belesta sur un très beau site.

DECU - caution 650 € non annoncee - accueil pas d etat des lieux juste montrer la disposition des pieces - fauteuil abime - maison familiale non adaptee pour des amis (manque d intimité) - chambre 3 et 4 pas d intimité (obligé de passer dans la chambre 3 pour entrer et sortir de la chambre 4) - salle de bain : obligé de passer dans la chambre 1 pour y accéder - salle de bain studio manque de confort :manque accessoires pour poser affaires de toilette ou suspendre les serviettes - propreté laisse à désirer : poussière étagère armoire et fixée par du double face, vaisselle et barbecue à renettoyer - toiles araignée un peu partout - sous escalier dangereux non signalé pour accrocher les vetements (photos a votre disposition)

let op borg met een cheque

Fijne woning met goed contact met de eigenaar en de dame die de woning beheert. Alleen willen ze een cheque als borg en die hebben wij niet in Nederland, waardoor ik uiteindelijk het hele bedrag in cash moest achterlaten!

Un très bon accueil à l'arrivée , l'hôtesse est très sympathique. La maison propre, plein de jeux à disposition, ping pong, jeux de fléchettes, baby foot, malgré la pluie les enfants se sont régalés , beaucoup d'endroits à visiter, nous y retournerons sans doute !

Bel emplacement pour balades

Maison propre et fonctionnelle, bonne literie, grande terrasse abritée avec barbecue (attention plexiglas, très chaud dessous), balades mais besoin de la voiture, pas d’accès direct en forêt. On a passé un super week-end ! Merci à vous 😊
