Beautiful house in a very beautiful area

Beautiful house, very nice neighbours, our children used the privat beach every day to swim. Good location to visit Milano, Monza and Como, but also to find beautiful tracks for walking.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt toll und der Kontakt war super. Das Haus ist ein wenig lieblos eingerichtet und die Einrichtung ist ein wenig veraltet. Der Außenbereich ist schön und der kleine Strand der sehr nahe ist ist ein Juwel.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub s

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub gehabt. Die Vermieterin war stets ansprechbar, die Lage ist einfach schön, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Netterweise waren viele Dinge, die wir mitgebracht haben (Spüli, Nudeln, Gewürze, Reis), vorhanden, mit der Bitte, diese bei Gebrauch wieder aufzufüllen. Die Nachbarn haben Hunde, wir auch. Es gab kein störendes Gebell, da wir unsere Hunde zur Ruhe riefen und auch die Nachbarn. Wir hatten in 9 Tagen ruhige Nachmittage. Man kann sehr viel unternehmen und der Strand ist fussläufig auf kurzem Weg erreichbar. Auf der Wiese des Strandes sind Hunde nicht erlaubt! Zum Wasser führt aber noch ein anderer Weg, auf dem diese gestattet sind, so dass ein Besuch mit angeleintem (!) Hund möglich ist. Insgesamt ein sehr netter Kontakt, die Vermieterin ist sehr verbindlich und zuverlässig, wir kommen in jedem Fall gerne wieder!

Fühlen uns verarscht

In der Anzeige wird ein "Privatstrand" angegeben. Dieser stellte sich aber als Liegewiese für die gesamte Wohnsiedlung heraus und der Privatstrand war alles andere als Privat. Er war öffentlich. Es ging dort zu wie auf dem Bahnhof. Sehr ärgerlich. Mal abgesehen vom Schimmel in einigen Zimmern des Hauses. Die Nachbarn haben wohl alle Hunde. Wir lieben Tiere... doch wenn man morgens schon vom Hundegebell geweckt wird und das den ganzen Tag anhält, ist es schon nervig, gerade wenn man sich im Urlaub erholen will. Dann war der Müll noch von den Vormietern vorhanden, den wir dann entsorgen durften. Die Vermieterin zeigte sich auch nicht einsichtig. Haben uns dann mit der FeWO-direkt Hotline in Verbindung gesetzt. Einzige Aussage am Telefon:"Klären Sie das mit der Vermieterin". Schöne Hilfe... Wir haben es uns als Familie dann noch selber schön gemacht, obwohl alle von der Unterkunft entäuscht waren.
