This old stone farmhouse is located in the heart of Lavoine, a village in the Bourbonnais mountains. A starting point for numerous hikes, you'll enjoy the atmosphere of a welcoming village, surrounded by woods and forests, with a fishing pond ([hidden]m walk), an inn, and a cross-country ski center (1km). On sunny days, you'll appreciate the shaded green space, part of which is enclosed.

Maison très pratique, grand jardin et bonne cheminée pour les jours un peu frais

De belles balades à faire, de l ancienne scierie à eau à 2 pas avec un étang et parcours de santé Un musée gratuit en face de la maison avec une horloge à bille 20 à 30 mn pour faire des courses, du pain sur place quelques jours Une bonne relation avec le maire qui s occupe du gîte

Jolie petite maison

Jolie petite maison dans un petit village au milieu de nulle part. Proximité de la nature, très calme. À recommander aux randonneurs. Climat montagne donc pas trop chaud en été. La maison est bien équipée, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Il y a 2 lits 2 places et 3 lits 1 place. Possibilité de garer sa voiture dans le garage. Particularité du village : une horloge à eau et à billes, très insolite, très ingénieux, très fascinant à regarder fonctionner.
