Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off window AC units. Turn both thermostats to 80* in summer and 60* in winter.
Strip and pile of used linens on bed (unmade). Hang used towels on racks and hooks.
Put all toys and outdoor equipment away.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
