Unfortunately the rooms were moldy the agent changed the room but it was filled with mold as well, the hotel should put those rooms out of order until they are repaired. I am still congested and uncomfortable.

Very noisy in the hall ways, room smelled of cigarettes. Breakfast buffet was very poorly kept. This was the worst Hampton Inn that I have ever stayed in.

Our stay was very relaxing and comfortable. The beds were soft . I would stay here again.

The staff were friendly and available. It was easy to check in and out. The room was not that great. It did seem clean but there was a stain on one of the pillow cases. It looked like they had recently patch up one of the walls. In the bathroom a towel hook was cooking off the wall. The shampoo bottle hanging on the wall of the shower was broken. There was rust at the bottom of the shower. And lastly and most importantly the air conditioning unit inside the room was very loud. (Rattling/ vibrating noise). The concierge did say this could be due to it being an inside the room which will make it louder than a ac unit cooling/ heating a whole building but I don’t think that is the case.
