The staff was very nice and accommodating, the hotel its self was under cared for. While the mattress was nice, the sheets were scratchy and the furniture cheap. The hallways weren’t vacuumed for the three days I was there. The food offerings in the restaurants was poor and that’s not just because I’m a vegetarian. The quality was poor and too much fried food. The coffee shop was very nice, the barista was talented. My only suggestion would be to offer a savory treat rather than just sweet. Would I stay there again if I ever went back to Lawson/Fort Sill, yes, only because everything else seemed even more under whelming.

Called ahead to inform them of a late evening check in, and asked about any other fees that would come when we got there. Was informed of a 100 dollar incidental over the phone and understood that that was going to be paid on arrival. Got to the hotel and checked in went well. No information about food or points of interest around the hotel/casino. Found a iPad docked next to the TV(broken). Called down to the desk was informed that the iPad was only for ordering from the steakhouse that was closed next to check in. Asked about other food. Was told a what a burger and jack in the box where it (considering it was 10:30pm). Lucky noticed a sonics across the street pulling in.(Was not mentioned by the person at the desk.) Also found out from a local that there is a grill that's open 24hrs in the casino (never mentioned by staff). Also elevators where shaky at best, one was out of service the first night, then the other the second and third day. Also 5th floor ice machine did not work, and there is no vending machines just a dirty microwave in the vending area. Blankets where rougher then motel six. To top it off my bank alerted me to a $169.59 withdrawal from the hotel. When I asked them about it at check out I was informed they would have to talk to the manager when they got in. Called a few hours later while on my drive home was informed the manager was not coming in. Later got a call back and was informed it was an erroneous chard and would be returned.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Beds were comfy too! Casino was fun and nicely run. The little coffee shop was great and the staff there was super nice. The 360 restaurant food was mediocre at best, as was the waitstaff and bartender.

The property is really clean. Our arrival was delayed and the lady at the front desk called to ask if we were still going to make it. On our arrival she was super welcoming. We also enjoyed the casino bar and the 2 amazing lady bartenders (I forget their names). Super hospitable and engaging. Our check out process was also easy and swift. The only thing I can say was a downer was that the pool area was closed before the indicated time of 11pm and when we finally got it opened the hot tub was not working.

Great spot for those attending military graduation

Stayed here for my daughter's basic training graduation, staff was friendly, room was clean and loved the casino being non smoking. The restaurant on site was a great spot for dinners. Would stay here again 10/10.

I was in town for my daddy’s funeral.The hotel took a significant amount of money from my checking account.I did not get a clear explanation why this happened especially since I had already prepaid my hotel stay.The hotel clerk was very kind and trying to resolve the situation.unfortunately nothing was resolved they claimed it was out of their hands but yet they did nothing to try and compensate me for their error.It was already a very trying time for me and then the added financial stress did not help.I chose to stay at this hotel because it was one of favorites.It was disappointing when I was offered nothing complementary from the hotel.

Apache Casino Review

Mixed experience. Hotel part of my stay was excellent from check in to check out. Kudos to the friendly cleaning staff. The restaurant/bars are at best average. Bar staff chatted amongst themselves to the point of ignoring customers. Drinks were ser ed in plastic containers and amateurish in quality. Oddly too, one was not allowed to run a tab. Each time an order was place, a new receipt was generated and payment was immediately demanded. The restaurant provided a friendly staff but things went south after that. I ordered a simple blta panini sandwich with fries. The meal took an excessive amount of time to arrive. Upon presentation, the fries were warm, yet tasty. I had some real issues with the sandwich. The chibatta bread was stale to the point i didn't eat it, the turkey was processed, bacon was burned, and the pesto had very little flavor. And, horribly, the wines were Gallo. On a positive note, the casino was clean and smelled good. On the negative side, some table games were not available during the evening causing me to head to my room for a night of TV.

The staff were very friendly, the bed was comfortable and the drinks at the bar /restaurant were tasty and strong, there is also a Starbucks. We also enjoyed the variety of games at the casino.
