We didn’t eat on site. Casino looked like there were areas that walls of fabric where sectioning off different areas. We booked because of the hot tub after long drive. We were told they were waiting on parts and it was not in operation and it hasn’t worked in a month. Went and looked at the pool they said was heated, it wasn’t. It also was dirty. The hot tub was filled part way with filthy water that smelled. That thing hasn’t run in a long long time. We complained their website should state that and the only thing they could say is they aren’t in charge of the website for their hotel. The beds are very firm not comfortable at all.

The facility is beautiful. The staff is friendly and professional. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of my room and the hallways. Still, I enjoyed my stay because each cleanliness concern was handled quickly.

Basic but no more

Not sure why the grounds crew decided to begin the loud leaf blowers before the sun rose. Clean enough room. Bed was okay, not a great night's sleep. Amenities are few and basic.
