I liked the largness of the room. We booked the hotel for my son's ARMY basic training. It was really nice great place to hang out with family in the lobby and small dinning area.

Disappointed in this particular Choice hotel site. Other Choice hotels I've visited were much cleaner & provided room cleaning service. This particular hotel failed to provide room-cleaning service, bugs in room & bathroom light fixture, breakfast food poorly prepared. Beverages were fine.

Aside from a few maintenance issues, it was a very nice stay. The rooms were immaculate and the front desk staff were wonderful.

The carpet was wet in sections and sticky in others. There was water damage on the ceiling. (We were not on the top floor). The window opened and there was no safety screen. -3rd floor. Breakfast was very late in being put out. The food was fair. The staff were courteous.

The property was well maintained and the staff was always cleaning. The elevator was not working properly half the time, the juice machine was broken at breakfast. We had a problem with the people upstairs fighting and then broke there toilet, so water came down into our bathroom. This was at 2:30 am, went down to the front desk and she said they called and said his wife sat down and broke it. And the manager said to move us to another room. We were on the second floor and they wanted to move us to the fourth floor in the elevator was not working. And I was not moving at 3 o’clock in the morning packing all my stuff up and carrying it up two more flights of stairs. The water was minimal so we stayed in our room for the rest of our day. I understand there are new owners and they are trying to fix a lot of stuff, but the staff was very helpful and very nice. In the inside pool was freezing cold.

Window on a ground floor was 1/8in thick ( much thinner than the other windows) and secured only by painters tape to the window sill. Was not secure against weather or entry and was both unsafe and inconvient. Room smelled musty and bathroom had mold in the shower.
