Room needed an extra chair and updating, especially for today's technology. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was mediocre and coffee was only slightly warm. Much appreciated the use of the meeting room for our family get together. Good value for what we paid.

Prior to my stay, I received an email notification that contained a discrepancy regarding my reserved room size. I called the hotel directly and spoke with John at the front desk, who reassured me that I would get the correct room. When we arrived for an early check-in, John was there to assist us and handled the process seamlessly. John represented the hotel exceptionally well. He was consistently friendly throughout our stay, and his professional demeanor was greatly appreciated.

The WiFi did not work and when we brought it to the front desk attendant’s attention, we were told that we’d have to wait until the next day for maintenance to look into it. The bathroom sink Davies had a continuous drip.

When doing reviews, I try to be as objective as possible. Booked a couple of nights here for local attractions. To start, the room cards never worked on either our door or the exterior doors despite being replaced three different times. The room was relatively clean but musty smelling with sticky substances on the table. The beds were hard making our bodies sore the first day and the tub would back up while showering, eventually draining afterwards. Breakfast was just ok - some basics and biscuits/gravy. We left after the first day. Parking and security seemed fine and generally the help was friendly. Bottom line - this place is good for a quick overnight if traveling due to lower cost, but don't expect much. We will likely spend the extra $ and get something a better next time. I should've listened to the reviews.
