The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all towels on the floor of the laundry room. You can leave the linens on the bed; we will remove them. Place any remaining dishes in the dishwasher and start a cycle.
Throw away all trash in the large green can on the side of the large home. If you are leaving on Tuesday morning, please place the green can across the street.
Turn off all the lights except for the bird lamp in the living room. Please message me when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No animals of any kind are allowed in the home (even for visiting guests).
Quiet hours for our property are from 11:00pm – 7:00am.
